Here is a breakdown of the help we will need:
Race:
- We will need help getting the platform box from JHS to Chemical bank on Baldwin after school is out on Friday.
- Monday morning, about 6am (done around 8 am), we will need 10 volunteers to do various tasks such as:
Parade booklet pass out on chairs
Setting up tables for registration
Sorting t-shirts
Helping with registration
Water table / timer table
Parade:
- We need about 10 volunteers for parade set up: this is split between about an hour or so on Sunday (set up saw horses) and then about 1-1 ½ hours on Monday morning from 7:30-9ish.
- We will also be looking for a 2nd set of volunteers to help with the parade. Those tasks are things such as:
Number line up for floats
Walking kids to floats from parent drop off
Setting up / tear down of lanes (saw horses with numbers on them)

We will be wearing any Jenison Lax gear we have so we can garner more interest within the community as well as having it be a great event (the largest that Jenison has) to volunteer with.
